Our site for the 2004 BTCA National Specialty is the Gardner Fish and Gun Club, 538 Clark St, Gardner, MA 01440-1252.
For the purpose of travel arrangements, the area is served by the following airports:

For intrepid road warriors, Gardner is pretty much "slap dang" in the middle of New England, that is approximately 2030 miles from Austin, TX; 3050 miles from Long Beach, CA; 1190 miles from St. Louis, MO; 3140 miles from Portland, OR; 1255 miles from Ocala, FL; and a mere 550 miles from Toronto, ON (Canada).

Hotel/Motel Information

As has been previously stated, there will be no host hotel for the 2004 BTCA National Specialty. Instead, the focus will be on the Gardner Fish & Gun Club, where all events will take place and hospitality will abound.

However, blocks of rooms have been reserved at the following area hotels/motels until 15 July 2004. They are now accepting reservations, please mention the BTCA when making your reservation.

RV Parking and Camping Information

There is ample space for parking RVs on site with nearby port-o-lets and a dumpster at the club house. There is no charge for Camping or RV parking
Pump-out of RV tanks will be scheduled for a moderate fee.
Fresh water tanks can also be topped up via hose - owing to the extent of the hose required, this water may not be suitable for drinking.
We also recommend that you arrive with your fresh water and propane tanks full, and your grey and black tanks empty.
There are no electrical hook-ups or showers.
Ice runs and gas runs (you must provide an approved container) will be made for those without auxiliary transportation.

    Full facility campground. NOTE: If you are traveling with breeds other than Border Terriers, be sure to check their "Animal Policy" which excludes many breeds.

    No electricity except in bathhouse, Variety store and gas 1 mile away.
    ALSO....in complex is Lake Denison Campground (978-297-1609) which has a pumping station for RVs

If you would like to stay on-site but do not own an RV, you may wish to explore the following RV rental options:

    They have an invisible pet policy. If they can neither smell nor see a pet has been in the RV, end of story. If they find any evidence of pets, they charge a cleaning fee of around $200. Gardner is within their free delivery area. Reservations required by January, especially for the 30 ft models.
