Our short 2011 BTCA Specialty Trip, The Measure of Life, Waiting and Water, Dog Days of Summer,

Our 2011 Specialty trip was planned as a spectacular sightseeing vacation including Glacier National Park, Yellowstone (return visit), Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon and many other of nature's natural
wonders. Sadly, things don't always work out as planned. Life is like that. A health hiccup and the draconian restrictions of medical insurance (a hazard of retirement)
ended our trip four days out! Disappointing? Yes! But it is far better to cherish what has been and what
is than waste a precious moment of life regretting what might have been. Hug your loved ones, two legged and four,
and best wishes and safe travels to all headed to Arizona.

No point in wishful thinking

It's not the days in our lives....
|
.... but the life in our days. Nicholas may only have had six months with Philipa but what a wonderful six months they were.
From mannerly meal times to helping us out with the BTCA Specialty Store page, Nicholas was up for anything.
Please visit Nick's Rainbow Bridge page for a tribute to a true Trooper
