With heartbreaking grief, we said goodbye to our special red boy, Freddy, on April 25th.
He left peacefully at home surrounded by love. Sadly, his body had become frail, and his dementia/vestibular took his essence away.
We had 15-1/2+ years of love and fun with him, and he was the most affectionate, gentle, and sweetest gentleman.
He adjusted to living with two bossy Border girls and was always the best patient according to his doctors.
Freddy was my first CT-ATCH in agility, and my first ARCH in rally, along with many other titles.
He was a natural for coursing, earning his CAA.
Special thanks to everyone who helped guide us throughout Freddy’s life, from his breeder, Mel, who entrusted him to us, to close friends and many vet offices – Indian Valley Animal Hospital, Metropolitan, and Doylestown Animal Medical Center.
Sleep well, sweet Prince -- until we meet again.
Chris
